Doodle Time!
Well, a bit more than doodling -Oekaki is wildly popular and I take my hat off to the artists. Since I have a Wacom tablet, drawing and playing with the Gimp has become loads more fun, but I still can’t produce anything decent 
.
Anyway, I was chatting with someone and text wasn’t enough, so we looked for a shared whiteboard, with her pointing me to the Oekaki community. The end result is that I slapped PaintChat on my box, a non-save (take screenshots) collaborative chat/draw program, and OekakiPotatoBBS, a picture BBS program.
So, if you’re bored during a meeting and have your laptop with you - log on to the BBS and doodle!

I just stumbled upon your paintchat room and stayed for a bit :3 I was pleasantly surprised to find a (permanent) English speaking room in the official pchat lobby, apart from the (temporary) one I host on occasion.. Guess I’ll drop in again from time to time ;3 (if the log loading won’t take so long again, that is..)
So, thanks for setting it up!
One thing though; You might want to consider making the canvas size a bit bigger.. it was already hard to share it with only two other persons, not to say what problems may occur, should your room become more popular and more people using it at the same time..

I’ve considered making the canvas larger, but the log loading time mostly is due to the room’s popularity - read amount of content it downloads when catching up. So the current size is a sort of conscious decision to keep popularity down before I need to go in and hack the code to reduce log size.
Still, I’m open to suggestions so keep nagging me - I’m known to change my mind when there are good reasons to
