Well, the happy times of being a freelancer are over. I’ve let myself being sucked back into the ugly web of white collar slavery, or in other words I accepted a regular job.

Starting next week, I’ll work for Telegraaf Media ICT, which is the in-house IT company of the Telegraaf Media Group, a large publisher in the Netherlands. My prime concern will be one of the largest (and, hopefully, soon the largest) classified ads sites here in the Netherlands, Speurders.

It’ll be fun to be a part of a larger software development team again, the idea is that I can coach a bit as well (agile development stuff), and who knows, they’re pragmatic enough to maybe accept the fact that some things simply are better left to Smalltalk .
