Smalltalk Party Report
Hi all from Brussels - we just finished a day of presentations, ranging from Bryce talking us through Intel assembler to Bert showing us software for kids.
I’m not going to write a long report - first, I still have a bit of a hangover from yesterday, and second, you should have joined if you’re curious
.
It was (and is - dinner is still ahead of us) a very nice meeting. Good to see some people I’ve only dealt with on-line so far, nice to learn and see what people are doing with Smalltalk, and with about 15 people the room was filled.
The next party will be organized by Bryce in London (April 8th), there is rumoured to be a party on Sardinia in June, and Goran (Stockholm) and Bert (Magdeburg) have volunteered, maybe the second half of the year, so that’s a full schedule. I plan to visit as many as possible, it’s fruitful and it’s fun.

Update: bars in Brussels have liberal opening hours. I think I went to bed around 5am
