I looked at a short report about the opening of the Winter Olympics - the summary is all I can stand these days, these opening ceremonies are ceremonies-by-committee: long and boring.

Anyway, they showed the Danish equipe entering the stadium. After frowning for 10 seconds, it struck me what was odd about the scene - for the first time this week, I saw a Danish flag that wasn’t burning
