Quick Question: CS15 and CS201

Hi again!
I have a quick question: I am using right know a CS15 flash for my
Yashica 109MP and somebody has for sale a CS201 unit in very good
condition, for 25 usd.  Would it work with my camera?  Is it a big
difference from the one that I use, to the one for sale, to be worth the
25 bucks?  I look forward for an answer from you....

Anybody on this mailing list yet?  I haven't seen any email coming from
you guys...
